This famous seafood mart has done a brisk business selling live and fresh seafood to Baton Rougians for almost 50 years. The recipes of Tony's take-out plate lunches are so wonderfully seasoned that they spawned a second business, Louisiana Fish Fry Products, available in supermarkets all over the state and beyond. Once a tiny grocery, Tony's two businesses currently employ over 200 people.
